At Napa Home & Garden, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order does not meet your expectations, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original manufacturer packaging and include all inserts to ensure the products are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your box, ensuring any old labels are covered.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
